I led the design of Nexxen’s deal marketplace, collaborating closely with product to define workflows and user journeys for advertisers and publishers.
The goal was to replace a dense, table-heavy experience with a more visual, intuitive way to browse and compare media deals. Drawing inspiration from platforms like Netflix and Apple TV, we moved from text-first lists to rich cards, imagery, and clear hierarchy—making it easier to scan, filter, and act.
I mapped key workflows with the Product Manager, clarifying how different users discover, evaluate, and activate deals. This shaped the information architecture, navigation, and card layouts, ensuring the marketplace supported both power users and new buyers.
The redesigned experience improved usability and engagement, with a 40% uplift in interactions on the marketplace.
